Barnes is home to more than a few wine buffs, so we’ve made a special selection to please the palate and enhance the flavours of our fabulous food. For a special treat we’d recommend the Sancerre Rosé 2005, which classy and sophisticated, or the Haute Côtes de Beaunes, a pinot noir at its perfumed best, with cherry and raspberry matched by subtle oak.

In the more day-to-day, quaffing wine category, you’ll find a good selection from a citrusy white Trebbiano from the Marché region of Italy, to an Argentinian Malbec or a well-structured French Merlot.

For an aperitif, there’s nothing better than our signature cocktail, the Blush Royale. It’s a sensuous blend of champagne with just a hint of sirop de rose, finished with a crystallised rose petal – it’s guaranteed to brighten up your day!
